This machine is used for testing the strength and durability of office chairs. Multiple stations can be used for different test items simultaneously: seat surface and seat back durability joint test, seat surface impact test, seat surface durability test, seat back static strength test, seat back dynamic durability test, seat surface bending alternating durability test.
Technical parameters
1. Joint durability test of seat surface and back: apply 950N force to the seat surface, and then apply 330N force to the back, with a frequency of no more than 40 times /min for 200,000 cycles; |
2. Seat surface impact test: a 102kg/136kg sandbag shall impact the seat surface once from a height of 152mm, and the chair with lifting function shall be added once; |
3. Seat surface durability test: the sand bag with a mass of 57kg shall impact the seat surface from a height of 25mm for 100,000 times before the seat front corner is tested; |
4. Static strength test of the back of the chair: apply 890N / 1334N / 667N / 1112N force on the back of the chair and keep it for 1min; |
5. Dynamic durability test of the back of the chair: 102kg of weight was placed on the seat face, and 445N / 334N force was repeatedly applied to the back. The back width of > 406mm should be tested 80,000 times first, and then 20,000 times on the left and right sides of the back of the chair. |
6. Seat surface bending alternating durability test: the load block with diameter of 203mm was used to alternately apply 734N force to the front two corners of the seat at a slow speed of 10-30 times /min for a total of 20,000 times. This tester adopts aluminum profile to make the frame, the shape is beautiful and easy to use. |
