Test procedure:
Rise and fall repeat in a cycle
a) The movable fan is in the locked position;
b) Raise the lifting mechanism to the highest position by operating the handle and then hold for 1 second;
c) Move in the push-pull position towards the opening direction, stop 3mm away from the locking position, and stay for 1 second;
d) The movable fan returns to the a) locked position, stays for 1 second, and then starts the cycle again.
The push-pull hardware system is repeatedly cycled
Install the hardware system on the test simulation door. From the locked position - lift and push to the maximum opening position, stay for 1 second - close to the locked position, and stop 3mm before the locked position. It is a cyclic process. After each cycle of the movable fan reaches the on and off positions, it stays for 1 second before proceeding to the next cycle. After the test is completed, measure the operating force in accordance with 6.4.1. During the test process, the following conditions must be guaranteed: a) Stop at a distance from the final closing position; b) The push-pull movement stroke of the movable fan is the width of the movable fan minus 200mm. c) The locking mechanism is completely closed; d) The test frequency is 100 times per hour.
