This machine is to determine the stability of table and chair furniture under the conditions of external static load, that is, the ability to maintain no tipping under the action of external static load and the mechanical properties of the furniture test, is to simulate the strength or bearing capacity of the furniture under the condition of one-time or repetitive load when the furniture is in normal use and customary misuse. Used to test the strength of the product under the heavy load conditions it may encounter.
1. Head: center load, corner load, side load, stability test |
2. Seat surface static load: 600N(standard weight), 200mm. |
3. Material: steel |
4. Machine weight: 390kg |
5. Forward and lateral tilting force shall not be less than 20N, and backward tilting force shall not be less than 100N |
6.Loading pad: the loading pad is a rigid cylinder with a diameter of 100mm and surface light Slide, edge fillet radius is 12mm, weight of loading pad should be calculated when loading. |
7. Test allowable error: the allowable error of loading point positioning size is ±2mm, and the allowable error of loading force is ±5%. |
8. Loading method: weights (10KG and 5KG). |
9. Horizontal loading: weights (20N and 80N). |
10. Lifting method: the cylinder is lifted and the weight is lowered for loading. |
11. Air system pressure: 0.3-0.8mpa |
12. External dimensions: length 1500* width 1500* height 1600 |
13. Control system: none (weight is manually loaded) |
15. Functions: |
(1) Front stability |
1) place a block at the front foot of the chair |
2)At a point 60mm from the front end (most likely to cause a flip), a force of 600N is applied vertically through a loading block with a diameter of 200mm. |
3) along the horizontal line extending outward from the stress point, apply a force of 20N horizontally for 5 seconds |
4) note: if it is the forward stability test of the chair with rest plate: vertical force and horizontal force are applied to the rest plate |
5) requirements: do not tip over |
(2) lateral stability (all seats without armrests) |
1) place a block on both legs at one end of the chair |
2) pass through a diameter of 200mm at a point 60mm from the side of the chair (near the end of the block) (most likely to cause a flip) |
3) along the horizontal line extending from the stress point to the side, apply a force of 20N horizontally for 5 seconds |
4) requirements: do not tip over |
(3) lateral stability (all seats with armrests) |
1) place a block on both legs at one end of the chair |
2) apply a force of 250N vertically at a point between 175mm and 250mm at the center line of the rear end 100mm away from the front of the chair |
3) apply a force of 350N vertically on the point on the center line of the handrail that is most likely to cause turnover (the distance from the outer edge is no more than 40mm). |
4) apply a force of 20N horizontally to the armrest of the chair in the direction of the vertical line of the blocked legs for 5 seconds. |
5) requirements: do not tip over |
(4) post stability (non-tilting work chair) |
1) only for seats with backrest height greater than 50mm |
2) place a block on the back legs of the chair |
3) apply 600N force vertically on the stress point of the chair surface. |
4) apply a force of 80N horizontally backward for 5 seconds, with the point of application at the stress point or the highest point of the backrest (choose the lower point of the two). |
5) H ≥ 720mm, F = 80N |
6) H ≤ 720mm, F = 0.2857 (1000-h) |
7) requirements: do not tip over. |
(5) stability of rocking chair and sitting and lying chair with foot trestle: |
1) 10KG standard weight plate, 13 |
