The product description
The instrument is a steel ball falling freely on a soft foam or other elastic material sample. An instrument for determining the rebound height of polyurethane elastomer materials. Reference to national standards of the People's Republic of China, 6670-86 "determination of the soft foam resilience can; the instrument USES the photoelectric technology, electromagnetic control, digital tube display measurements, measurement accuracy, repeatability, etc, make a convenient, beautiful modelling by two kinds of visual inspection and instrument testing at the same time, both to increase the credibility of the instrument, and convenient for the user control use, for the accurate determination of soft elastic material such as plastic foam can rebound elasticity, reducing human error and visual fatigue instruments provides a feasible method.
Sample request | ||
After molding, the material should be stored for at least 72 hours before testing. Before the test, the sample should be adjusted in an environment with a temperature of 23±2ºC and a relative humidity of 45%-50% for at least 16 hours, and then tested in the above environment.
1. For the cuboid of the sample, the upper and lower surfaces should be parallel to each other, and the sample is not allowed to have skin |
||
2. Sample size: 100mm long, 100mm wide and 50± 2mm high |
||
3. Quantity: 3 samples for each group |
||
4. Sampling direction: the rebound direction of the falling ball shall be consistent with the actual use direction |
